It took me more than a decade to overcome ED and an almost non-existent libido.
The first step to overcome ED would be to stop: Beating off, watching adult material and lovemaking.
The next step would be to eat healthier, take supplements and stop smoking, drinking and drugs.
In week 3, I would exercise more and better, and I would also do Kegel exercises.
In week 4, I would try to stress less, slow down and relax more. I would also pick up meditation.
In this week, I would try to make love for the first time into the program. But I would not climax.
In week 6, I would try to sleep more and better. I would try to get at least 7 hours of quality sleep.
In this week, I would try to get 30 minutes of sun a day (on average), or take a vitamin D3 supplement.

In week 9, I would continue these supplements, and also add one more to the mix.
In the last week, I would again continue these supplements, and add one last one.

No. There is no guarantee that you will be cured of ED. Although I was able to cure my ED this way, your body is different from mine, and therefore it may also respond differently to these changes. However, although there is no guarantee, I do believe, based on the result from earlier students, that your chances of getting your love-life back are very good.

Although I cannot promise permanent results, I have followed and maintained the principles in this program for more than 4 years, and during this period I have been ED free. I believe that as long as one maintains these principles diligently, one has a very good chance of functioning very well practically for as long as one wants.
If you follow the program very diligently, and if you are similar to earlier students, I believe there is a good chance you will start noticing small improvement after two weeks. And if you continue the program diligently, your chances of seeing steady progress are very high. If you follow the program thoroughly, I believe you have a good chance of regaining your lovemaking functions within 10 weeks. Some earlier students have regained their lovemaking functions after four weeks.
In the beginning, it will take some management and diligence. You will need to be devoted to see results. For some, it may be difficult. But I think that for most people, as soon as you start seeing improvements, you will be encouraged and very motivated. Also, as you start noticing improvements in your overall health, I think you will desire to make and maintain these changes, and instead of a chore, it will become something you want to do. For me, after having maintained these principles for several years, it is simply part of my life and routine and it is something automatic.
